Breathwork for BPOC

held at a private residence in Bed Stuy

This breathwork ceremony celebrates Black people of color and the African diaspora. We’ll honor our stories and rich culture, call in our ancestors for guidance as we utilize the breath in ceremonial space to collectively heal trauma from the past, bridge the present to create awareness, and co-dream a liberated future.

Together we will build the altar in meditative ritual for setting our intentions and sharing prayers. Through accelerated breathing techniques we'll access altered states of consciousness and being, carried into dream space for deeper understanding of self. With the use of fragant flower waters, essential oils, and sacred smoke, I will hold space as you journey inward, channeling song and Reiki with gentle touch, allowing body, mind, spirit and soul to align in harmony through the healing forces of spirit.

This event is by donation. This event is for Black people color. Non BPOC allies are welcome to join in solidarity, but please be aware that space is limited and priority will be given to black folks.
