In this experiential workshop, participants will deep dive into effective breathing practices including pranayama for increased energy flow, diaphragmatic and accelerated, connected breathing for trauma release and emotional wellbeing. We’ll discuss the anatomy of a breathwork session, focusing on the transition from physical body and bands of tension to altered states of consciousness and experiencing the subtle body in trance states.
We’ll also explore the role as empathetic witness through partnered exercises and supervised one on one sessions. Learning how to cultivate a practice of active listening, compassionate awareness to hold safe and supportive space for empowered healing.
The day will close with a breathwork ceremony, tying together all the elements and intention of the workshop. Participants will leave equipped with necessary tools and knowledge to integrate these teachings in their own personal practice for expanded self actualization.

This workshop is for anyone with an existing practice of wellbeing , and for those fresh on the path, looking for a greater sense of embodied healing, awareness and purpose.
