10-week Group Mentorship Program for Practitioners of the Healing Arts to Cultivate Skills in Spiritual Somatic Practices

This collaborative journey takes shape in a grounded spiritual foundation with the intention to inspire transformation within ourselves and the collective body at large. In this group mentorship, we explore pathways to self-knowledge and actualization while holding ourselves and each other with compassion and accountability through the process. Through this tailor made program, student-mentees will come to nurture their intrinsic gifts, develop new ones and walk with authenticity in their purpose while guiding others.

The heart of this work is learner centered. These sessions are approached with a through line of self-study, gentle integration and embodiment for application in our work within community.

Throughout the program, we’ll examine the systems, both physical and subtle, that inform our perceptions of reality. With a heavy emphasis on practice and experiential learning, student-mentees will become familiar with their inner guidance networks and strengthen their connection to source intelligence.

Group work will incorporate somatic movement practices, sound forms, and breathwork, with resonant methods of interpretation including earth-based energy healing, dreamwork, channeling and intuitive mediumship.

Assignments in the form of visual and tactile meditation, creative writing and light reading, along with materials for viewing and listening are offered to be completed between workshops. These exercises should be approached with a sense of curiosity and play.

Cohort begins with a two-part opening ceremony that will commence on Friday, September 6th, 2024.

Class will meet online for 10 consecutive Saturdays for 2hrs, from 9am-11am (PDT).
Program concludes on Saturday, November 9th, 2024.

Course of Inquiry

Workshop consists of lecture, QA and discussion, with real time instruction, practice and feedback. Each meeting is  two hours (120min.) in duration and takes place via Zoom. These group sessions will consist of review, reflection, connection and a 40min somatic breathwork practice. Participants are expected to attend all workshops and engage with their peers on our private channel-based learning forum. Recordings of the immersive workshops will be available to accommodate varying time zones.

  • Agreements for engagement, and accountability in how we show up for ourselves and eachother. Navigation of subject material and engagement.

  • A primer for connecting with the invisible. Honoring boundaries and other practical exercises to clear out and call in.

  • Exploration of the subtle bodies and our energy systems. Increasing receptivity and connection to amplify awareness.

  • Overview of somatics and indigenous traditions, ancient wisdom and transgenerational resilience. Body as vessel for soul consciousness; movement as medium for connection to soma.

  • Earth and cosmic based practices to foster relationship with spirit and Self. Dreamwork, journeywork, breathwork, ancestral veneration, plant spirit kinship and astrology as somatic pathways.

  • A pause for students to share and reflect, present their findings and progress.

  • Developing empathy, compassion, sense of service and responsibility. Cultivating safer spaces, fostering trust as foundation for holistic care.

  • Understanding the importance between creating spaces that invoke a sense of spiritual wellbeing (passive) and holding and navigating the energy within an active container (dynamic).

  • Getting clear. Values and vision alignment, letting the work be a reflection of your ethos and beliefs. Honoring the cadence of seasons.

  • Living a life of purpose that is your own. Finding authenticity in the path of service to spirit. Witnessing the unfolding truths, remaining true in the wake of life’s transitions, and embodying change with humanity.

Prospective student-mentees are practitioners of the healing arts, change makers, creatives and community oriented individuals that wish to:

  • Refine their abilities or intuitive gifts through embodiment practices.

  • Become familiar with the subtle bodies to improve dimensional consciousness.

  • Integrate transpersonal experiences and spiritual insight for authentic connection.

  • Strengthen their emotional intelligence skills to lead with compassion and vulnerability.

  • Offer their work on a professional level without compromising integrity.

  • Hone their sensitivity as space creators/holders to guide experiences that broaden perspective and leave lasting impact.

Student-mentees who will benefit the most from this work have self-regulating tools to process intense emotions or a reliable social network and community to lean on for extra support outside of sessions if needed. While the sessions are trauma informed, it is not suited for those experiencing emotional upheaval and psychological distress, or in spiritual crisis.
