Siedeh will open the circle with insight surrounding the eclipse, with an invitation for participants to share any resonating themes. Moving into the practice, we’ll activate the subtle body and enhance receptivity with somatic movement.

We'll then journey deeper through conscious connected breathwork that will engage our source intelligence system.  Siedeh will offer guidance for exploration and inquiry, sharing cues for physical-vocal expression along a self-massage sequence for connection and grounding. She’ll close with channeled messages for the group present as well as the collective, with an invitation for dialogue and Q&A.

Please be advised: While pranayama is shared in this practice, the style of breathwork employed in the active meditation utilizes an accelerated pace of deep belly breathing with inhales and exhales taken through the mouth. This can result in altered states of consciousness, emphasized sensation in the physical body and the feeling of intense emotions. Though most participants report an overall feeling of catharsis, body aliveness and stress relief, this practice in a virtual group setting is not advised for those with serious health issues or heart conditions, and any persons experiencing active addiction, psychosis or spiritual emergency. Consult your physician or a medical professional with any concerns before participating.
