3-Day Breathwork Immersive


In this 9hr virtual workshop, participants will deep dive into effective breathing practices including pranayama for increased energy flow, diaphragmatic and accelerated conscious breathing techniques for trauma release and emotional wellbeing.

We’ll discuss the anatomy of a breathwork session, focusing on the transition from physical body to altered states of consciousness and experiencing the subtle body in trance states.

Participants will learn how to cultivate a practice of active listening and compassionate awareness to hold safe and supportive space for empowered healing. 

Each day of the workshop will close with a breathwork ceremony, tying together all the elements and practices. Participants will leave equipped with necessary tools and knowledge to integrate these teachings in their own personal practice for expanded self healing and actualization. 

Workshop Schedule

Day 1 - Friday, Nov. 5th from 4:00pm - 7:00pm PST

  • Welcome and introduction, opening meditation with intention setting ritual

  • Therapeutic breathwork patterns for release

Day 2 - Saturday, Nov. 6th from 12:00pm - 3:00pm PST

  • The body and trauma, emotional intelligence

  • Awakening witness consciousness, felt sense

Day 3 - Sunday, Nov. 7th from 12:00pm - 3:00pm PST

  • Exploring the subtle body

  • Tying it all together, building a daily practice

Participants will have access to the recordings for up to one week after the final meeting of the workshop.

All are welcome to join this virtual experience. We invite those with an existing practice of wellbeing , and for anyone on the path, looking for a greater sense of embodied healing, awareness and purpose.
