Virtual Breathwork for Whatever: Eclipse Series

This is a 3-day workshop, shared in virtual format. Each 2.5hr session begins at 4:15pm and concludes at 6:45pm PDT. Workshop schedule is as follows:

  • Friday, October 21st: Eclipse energy, the subtle body and vibrational medicine

  • Saturday, October 22nd: The greatness of Saturn; Cultivating karmic resilience

  • Sunday, October 23rd: Cycles of death and rebirth, integrating transpersonal shifts and remembering our wholeness.

Every eclipse season carries with it the celestial medicine to bring about lasting transpersonal healing. While illuminating our psyche, the days preceding the dark moon of the upcoming solar eclipse is a time for purification through spiritual practice and bestows the energy to foster our power to prosper through any turbulence manifested in our inner and outer environment.

Remedies using the breath, mantra, and movement offer valuable pathways for connection to our highest good. These tools help us to prepare the ground for our seeds of intention by first amending the soil and creating the most fertile conditions. Once this work is underway, our prayers, dreams, and aspirations begin to take root with the light of the waxing new moon and the months to come.

In this 3-day workshop, Siedeh will share insight for how to best work with the energies of the eclipse season. To support the opening of energy channels, Siedeh will first guide the group in a simple pranayama movement sequence to enhance receptivity, followed by active meditation utilizing the medicine of mantra and accelerated conscious breathwork. Each session will close with with an invitation for connection, reflection and Q&A. Participants are encouraged to consider incorporating their own personal rituals to this practice and continue working with the energies into the total lunar eclipse.

While pranayama is shared in this practice, please note that the style of breathwork employed in the active meditation utilizes an accelerated pace of deep belly breathing with inhales and exhales taken through the mouth. This can result in altered states of consciousness, emphasized sensation in the physical body and the feeling of intense emotions. Though most participants report an overall feeling of catharsis, body aliveness and stress relief, this practice in a virtual group setting is not advised for those with serious health issues or heart conditions, and any persons experiencing active addiction, psychosis or spiritual emergency. Consult your physician or a medical professional with any concerns before participating.
