As an experiential practice, access the body’s wisdom while exploring stories, patterns and facets of our subconscious that contain the multitudes of our being. This somatic inquiry allows us to honor our aliveness through movement, breath, and presence that supports a creative training ground for transpersonal shifts.

Held with loving compassion, this integrative session engages in full spectrum, conscious breathwork as the foundation to connect with memories stored within the physical and subtle bodies. With Reiki channeled throughout  the experience to balance and restore harmony, Siedeh will also offer cues for navigation utilizing physical movement to activate and release, while sharing guidance for honest self-reflection. If and where possible, she may share messages for deeper insight through intuitive mediumship. Participants can expect to receive suggestions for remedies and small rituals to perform on their own as a pathways for transmutation after the session concludes.

SEREMONYA

Harnessing the breath as spirit, experience healing through the medicine of nature and the cosmos, working in ritual with plant medicine allies, sound vibration and hands on healing to harmonize the mental, physical, and emotional bodies.

In this two part event, we begin with tea ceremony to open the space for inquiry and intention setting before moving into guided breathwork in tandem with intuitive body work for soul recovery and connection. While in a dream-like state, herbs and resins employed in the form of smoke and fragrant waters are used as instruments for sweeping and cleansing the auric field to support deep healing. To close, a floral medicine bath is prepared for a ritual blessing of the waters in communion with spirit guides and loving ancestors. Afterwards, enjoy a nourishing meal to allow for grounding back into the earth body as we hold space for rest and to process any visions or messages that may have come through. 

This is an individual and private offering that is only available in-person, where ceremony is conducted from my residence in Portland, Oregon. Seremonya is an estimated 3hrs in duration, and there is only one ceremony held per day. The next opening for this experience will take place in SUMMER 2024.
